Magnetic door handles for LACK V2 Enclosure
prusaprinters

I designed some door handles after finaly finishing this enclosure.
Goal was to have something that blended into the rest of the design nicely and keep the doors nicely shut.
Went to the original Step files, to get a hold of the hinges and built the handles from their base shape.

Since i had two more magnets, that were used for the hinges in the original design, i embeded these into the handles as closing mechanism.

I also added f3d and step files in case anyone wants to add logos, fit different magnets or modify what ever. Have a look at the parameters in the f3d file, to make your life easier. ;)

Print instructions

The G-Codes are for Prusament Galaxy Black PETG with default 0,2mm Quality profile.

Make sure to insert a Pause (M601) at 29mm Z-Height. (Prepared in the G-Code) Just make sure the magnets are inserted in the correct orientation, attracting each other.

Other than that it's a pretty simple model and therefor shouldn't give you any headaches when slicing from scratch.

For those of you that do not like pausing prints and inserting magnets, there is an additional version to drop and glue magnets into place, just as per the hinges of the enclosure.
