The model is attached to the stand using 15mm x 3mm round magnets. These magnetic buttons can be easily found in the arts and crafts section of your local store, both craft and dollar stores carry them. Attach a magnet to the base with hot glue, then either glue another magnet or a small piece of metal to the model's bottom. Two versions of the base are included: one has a 7-degree tilt, ideal for displaying a Millennium Falcon, such as one designed by http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:919475, or other flying machines that need to be showcased.
