I was looking for some when I found a company selling a magnetic version for $30/pair and became so offended by their existence I decided to print my own.Each collar stay uses a single 6mm magnet, when inserted it will sit flush with the plastic.2 inches long, or for those on the metric system 1 standard chicken nugget (SCN)As seen on Shark Tank.
