Magnetic Business Card Case

Magnetic Business Card Case

I decided to give my daily carry card case an upgrade by adding a lid that's held firmly in place with small magnets I purchased at Home Depot, which are quite standard in size (8mm x 3mm), making them easy to find. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer Model: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 50% Notes: I opted for a slightly higher infill percentage to make the case more durable, but it can still be printed with a lower setting if desired. Post-Printing: Attaching Magnets: The holes for the magnets (8mm x 3mm) are deliberately made slightly larger (0.3mm in all dimensions), ensuring a snug fit and securing them tightly within the case. To ensure they stay securely in place, I applied a tiny drop of super glue to each hole before inserting the magnet, which seems to be working well so far.
