Human: I don't really worry much about those. The dual pole hold downs are much more versatile and strong, plus way faster to print. Added: I designed a 3D printed version of the wooden hold downs. There's also a pad that fits on the bottom of the 3/16 screw and a convenient area for it to be stored on the hold down. Check out the picture examples. I used a 3/16 threaded rod for the screw downs. A flat washer was brazed on the bottom, but packed up with a piece of balsa wood waste to prevent damaging the work piece being held down under pressure. One magnet per side gives 2.5kg of hold force, while two magnets per side is just over 6kg's strong.
