Magnetic brackets for Flashforge Creator Pro Door

I created this and printed it out for 3 reasons: 1st: I wanted to print something just because I can :) 2nd: I was tired of using blue tape to keep my door closed 3rd: Please refer back to #1 These brackets are placed anywhere you like around the door of your bot. All you need is: A couple of magnets about 3mm in diameter ( You can get them at Home Depot or Harbor Freight) about $2.75 a pack . A Cabinet door Magnet ( $.78 at HomeDepot) 2 Part Epoxy Resin ( I guess anything that will hold them to the door will work) I bought these items at the places listed below. Any home improvement store should carry them as well. Instructions Print out the bracket. Press the magnets into place ( might need to trim up a little). Measure where you will put the brackets and drill two small holes so that the bolts and nuts you choose will fit. I used the bolts and nuts that came with my printer, but any will do. After drilling and seeing where they should go, press the nuts of the bolts into the bracket. Take apart the casing for the magnets that you bought at the store. Inside, you'll find two metal pieces and a magnet ( see pic). I ground down the metal plates to scuff them up a little, which gets them ready for the epoxy. Put the metal plates on some tape and then apply a small amount of epoxy to them. Let it sit for a minute. Once sticky, place the metal plates on the brackets with the tape facing towards the magnet to line them up. Then just close the door and press for a few minutes. You should be able to lift the door and press the tape on your printer's door to hold the metal plates in-place until the epoxy cures.
