This is my own design for a magnetic hex bit holder with four slots. I designed it for parts avaliable in Sweden. The magnets i use are these (Ø8x3 mm): https://www.kjell.com/se/produkter/hem-kontor-fritid/gadgets/neodymmagnet-8-mm-10-pack-p50070 I thing the magnetic level of attraction is perfect.
