A simple design for holding four 18650 batteries that opens below the batteries for effortless access and features slots for 6mmx2mm neodymium magnets to prevent accidental opening in a bag or pocket. Features include: Holds up to four 18650 batteries Reversible cap design makes it easy to seal the case Slotted grooves reduce weight and minimize material usage Rimmed cap ensures precise closure and minimized movement Goals: After experimenting with numerous cases for 18650 batteries, I discovered that many top-lid designs made it challenging to remove batteries from the case without tilting it. The majority of cases featured simple friction closures, which either made it hard to close the case or allowed it to come open due to printer tolerances. I aimed to design a case that could easily hold four batteries, facilitate effortless battery removal without tilting the case, and ensure easy closure while preventing accidental opening.
