Magnetic Archery Clicker
thingiverse
Hi Everyone! I designed a clicker that fits the trapezoidal mounting arm, commonly found on high-end sights. Print Options: The images I uploaded show the body printed on an SLA AnyCubic Photon and the arm printed on my RepRap Guru Prusa FDM printer. The print can be used by FDM as well as SLA printers. If printing on FDM, I recommend using supports to ensure proper cavity formation. Hardware: For the magnets, I use magnets that are: 1) 6 mm in diameter 2) 3 mm thick You'll need four magnets. The actual arm itself needs to be 4 mm in diameter; the one shown is made of carbon fiber, which I found at my local hobby store. On the back side, you'll require: 1) 1x M3 12 mm screw 2) 1x M3 nut with a diameter of 5 mm 3) A protective metal strip to safeguard the sight arm from damage when tightening the screw to secure the clicker in place. I created my own using a thin brass sheet, also found at my local hobby store, approximately 0.1 mm thick. Mounting Arm to Body: You'll need: 1) 1x M3 20 mm screw 2) 1x M3 nut with a diameter of 5 mm
