1/21/2018 - A new version of this is now available with numerous enhancements! This case is designed specifically for use with the iPad Pro and more so with the iPad Pro Smart Keyboard. It holds the Pencil, the end cap, the charging adapter, and two tips in place, adhering magnetically to the keyboard. The pictures provided showcase the assembly process. Four magnets are placed within their designated locations at the base of the case. The tray then slides into the base, securing the magnets under the pencil area. Next, three magnets are pushed all the way into the rectangular holes on both the base and the lid. Using tweezers or a similar tool is recommended to ensure the magnets are fully seated in position. All the magnets used measure 8mm in diameter by 3mm in height and are made of neodymium material. (Example: http://www.magnets365.com/50pcs-x-strong-disc-fridge-rare-earth-8mm-x-3mm-neodymium-magnets-n35.html) The example shown has a wet-sanded lid, giving it a dull appearance. Note: This design is not flawless and there are known areas for improvement. However, it does function effectively. Feel free to offer comments and suggestions. The more input I receive from others, the more likely I am to continue refining this design.
