Magnet Load to suppress vibration

Magnet Load to suppress vibration

This is an accessory to reduce print bed vibration. I have been irritated by noise my MK3S printer bed does produce during printing. First I simply pressed down the printer bed with my finger, while printer is printing to see if it does some effect. To my surprise , it does. The print bed vibration was slightly reduced, which can be seeing when the first layer is in progress. Even noise made by bed vibration is reduced. The first: I find the most effective place on the bed to put some load, which can be seen on a provided picture. The second: was to decide weight of the object (neither to much nor to little). About 200g is a moderate load. The third:  I made attempt to find some suitable  object. The magnet is best, because it stays on the place and won't move during the print bed quick movement. I find a on-off magnet foot for measurement tool, which I am using now. Try yourself with a simillar object and you will see noticable improvement. It is importante to place a magnet (load) first after the first skirt is printed and remove it when the print job is finished. If you forget it on the bed, when next job is started, you will get printer self calibration fail, but there wont be any dammage. Just remove it and restart the printer. Of course, try to avoid possibility that the printer head (extruder) collide with the placed object during printing. I can not take any responsibility what you are doing with this information. Be careful not to damage your printer! Conclusion: after two years of use of this magnet with each print, it still works fine. Addition, Coffee spoon for Moccamaster: Updated to v3: design is slightly increased wall thickness and added some fillet.every post must have at least one print object. Here is a practical Caffee Spoon Moccamaster stile. Sorry but support print material is needed (little amount). I have been asked to print one, but to make it possible to print, I need to design it first. Sliced for PETG. I have measured volume, both the original and this one are approximately 27ml.
