I designed a different model in Fusion 360 that requires one to embed magnets into predesigned slots in the correct orientation during printing. I right click in slicer and insert this custom gcode :M600 X0 Y200G1 E0.4 F1500M600 is a color change command but the position after it move the printhead to the left back out of the way to make it easier to insert the magnets. adjust the numbers for your build plate size. The next line does an extrusion but might not be needed. In my design I made a slot 3.3mm deep and 2.3mm wide curved at the bottom and flat on the top so one can easily insert a 3mm x 2mm magnet (flat 3mm side where they stack like in the photo) into the hole. When inserted the 3mm flat side faces to the side not up. The attraction / repel forces point in directions horizontal to the print surface. When my print pauses at the insertion layer I can see the hole in the print and use this tool to correctly insert the magnet in the right orientation accurately. My hands are just too small to do it.  I check the attraction direction and then insert a stack of magnets into a feed hole on one end. Then you slightly push down on the blue hammer rod piece to just get the edge of the magnet poking out through the bottom. As you brush the tool  with the slightly exposed magnet over the print surface you can feel the hole and then push the magnet into the print. The hammer will push the magnet so it is flush with the print surface. Print the hammer rod with supports. Use tweezers after printing to smooth out the inside channels. You might print on a raft to eliminate elephant feet effects on the block part.  If you like I can make similar tools for other magnets and orientations if you leave those in the comments.
