Here's a simple magnet hook that you can use to hang things from metal ceilings. This is designed for neodymium magnets with a diameter of 11.4 mm and a height of 2.8 mm, which are pretty standard sizes. If you want to change the size of your magnet hook in FreeCAD, it's easy to do - just go into the "sizes" spreadsheet and make your adjustments. When printing this design, stop the print before the first top layer is complete and insert your magnet carefully. Make sure that it's positioned low enough so that it won't collide with the nozzle, and also make sure that it's snug enough in its holder so that it won't jump up and get stuck on the extruder carrier. I learned this the hard way with a previous design. Once you've got your magnet securely in place, tie some twine to the loop and hang whatever you want from the ceiling. In my case, I use mine as a makeshift "ceiling" light for my balcony - it's been working out really well so far!
