magnet fishing net handle
thingiverse
This is a simple design for a magnet fishing net handle, designed specifically for the type of net attached to a rod via thread. I wanted to create a versatile handle that allows me to use my fishing net with both long rods for shore fishing and shorter handles for fly and wadefishing. The design consists of two parts, each featuring built-in magnets that need to be inserted during printing. A threaded sleeve must also be inserted during printing, attaching the fishing net securely in place. Materials Needed: * 2 neodym magnets measuring 18x5mm * 1 m10 threaded sleeve measuring 13x30mm * 1 carabiner or clip * Leather stripe or other cord * Heat-shrink tubing Before starting to print, I checked the correct height in my slicing program to ensure a smooth printing process and easy insertion of magnets or sleeve. Once the print has stopped, you can simply slide the magnet into place by moving the nozzle aside.
