Version 2 boasts several upgrades: -a refined mainduct design inspired by papergeek's MakerFarm Prusa i3 Magma cooling system remix (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:161066). -a revamped wedge design derived from 1stage's wedge (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:316494). -a significantly improved fan duct, my own creation, featuring a Common Nozzle Area (CNA) Duct that strives to maintain consistent airflow from the fan through the duct to the cooling fins on the hotend. Does it work effectively? Not quite. The design looks excellent but the airflow remains approximately the same as papergeek's design. This project was valuable practice using Fusion 360's Loft feature. Version 3 will be built around a 40mm centrifugal fan, stay informed!
