This is based on Kai's innovative MagSafe power connector, featured at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:15220 and plainolddave's impressive remix at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:225997. It effectively utilizes the Ethernet port/cable to securely prevent the power cable from slipping out of place. This design is compatible with newer MacBooks and the newer sideways MagSafes, providing a seamless experience. Designed using Blender software, this project showcases expertise in 3D modeling and printing. Printed instructions are provided for best results: The model prints optimally when positioned on the build platform with the side facing downwards - remove raft but leave no supports. Some users may need to modify their Ethernet cable if it features a rubber boot attachment to ensure smooth connectivity.
