I did the LED Upgrade, but it was still lacking in brightness, so I decided to loose the D Cell batteries. LED is quite noticeably brighter now. This mod fits beautifully and looses some weight. You will need to purchase 1x 3/16 x 2" but 5mmx50mm will do. 5mm will need a little drill out. 2x 1mm x 30mm o'rings (Not required, just there to stop movement.) 2x 26650 Lipo's
