MagiQuest Topper

MagiQuest Topper

Trying to create a wand topper for a live action gamed called MagiQuest. This piece will screw into the end of a game controller that's shaped like a wand. I've cobbled this together using Thing 3569743 on thingiverse (the egg shape), the Relic Scepter from Forge Studio on cgtrade (royalty free licence, paid), and some bolts I got some time ago and don't know where I got them from.
---
The bolt part is at least properly to scale; printed to test. But I'm seeking a little bit of help. I am in no way an experienced 3D sculptor but I have a feeling a few things are just...off with this. Firstly, Meshmixer is rendering this really super smooth yet when I import it into ZSuite to go and print it's super low poly. While I don't mind the angles -makes it look kind of like crystal which is cool- it's also messing with the egg. I don't know how to use Blender, of if that would even fix anything that might be going on. I'm also seeing in my slicing program that the middle spire on this is around 5mm too tall. But I can't select just that in Meshmixer to make it smaller. I honestly don't even know if there's any hidden errors or stupidly thin parts that will make this fail when 3d printing it. If anyone could please help me by taking a look at the file for me? I can upload it to thingiverse for ease.

(would have loved to have kept the ribbon effect, but i figured that would be super fragile upon printing.) ----
Printer is Anycubic Photon
