To address the issue of the Magicshine 808 O-ring mount rotating on rough terrain, I've designed a stand-alone mount and one using GoPro hardware as an alternative solution. The first option is a handlebar mount with pinch clamp: fasten the light head to the mount body using a 4mm metric screw (avoid overly long screws), then secure it with a 5mm Socket Head Cap Screw and nut. Alternatively, use GoPro hardware for both handlebar and helmet mount attachments. First, affix the light head to the mount body using the provided Magicshine screw, followed by attaching the mount to either the handlebar or helmet mount with GoPro screw hardware.
