Arrange numbers {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6} into a triangular pattern so that three numbers on each side add up to the same total. The puzzle is known as "Magic Triangle". The Magic Triangle is a simple puzzle for kids of all ages, encouraging them to think about basic number patterns - large vs small, odd vs even, rotation, reflection, etc. It's not easy but fun and mind-opening! There are four related solutions. I posed the problem to young children who solved it after many trials and errors using multiple triangles.
