Magic T Nut

Magic T Nut

To prevent awkward moments when you wish you had installed a T-nut in your newly assembled delta (or any other open-build based machine, for instance) to secure any accessory, simply consider adding one at the right moment. This little trick can be introduced into the slot from the top, eliminating the need to access it from the side. A great idea, isn't it? To start printing this project, refer to the following settings: * Rafts: no rafts required * Supports: not needed in this design * Resolution: print at 0.2 resolution for the best results * Infill: set infill percentage to 100% for optimal structural integrity Before you start, make sure to take note of a few key things: * The part is symmetric, so be cautious when printing them side by side to avoid any sticking issues. * This model requires a fine-tuned printer; adjust some offset in your favorite slicer as needed to ensure perfect results. * Designed specifically for supporting light accessories. * Built for an M3 screw. I designed this project using Onshape, a powerful 3D CAD tool. You're welcome to modify or remix the design however you see fit.
