Magic Scepter (WIP)

I recently conducted an experiment to test some materials and sculpt brushes. The project isn't complete yet, but I'd love to see it finished with hand-painted details and correct the issue with strange shadows on the blade that's been bothering me. I'm still unsure why this is happening.
