Magic Land Deck Dividers (MTG)
thingiverse
Some deck dividers I whipped up quickly for my brother, symbols for magic lands that are designed to be thin and flexible when printed in abs material. They don't take up much room in a deck box, measuring 2.7 x 3.9 inches each. Check your deck box before printing because they may not fit all of them. Ignore the strange spots on the rendered image due to a driver issue I'm still trying to fix after upgrading to Windows 10. They print thick enough that there's no light shining through them. I printed the dividers with my Da Vinci Pro using these settings: Rafts - No, Supports - No, Resolution - 0.15mm, Infill - 10%. But honestly, the infill doesn't matter if you print lots of layers for the top and bottom surfaces. I did just that, printing with 5 layers on both sides to avoid seeing any infill at all. To be honest, I'm not even sure if it printed a middle layer or if the thing is solid due to the thickness of the layers. Printing with larger layer heights would probably work fine too, but since the prints are pretty fast at 0.15mm, I didn't bother trying that option.
