Magic Keyboard - Tilted Riser
thingiverse
A simple ramp style riser for the Apple Magic Keyboard (with or without numeric keypad; 2015-present models). Increases tilt to improve comfort and lifts keyboard up by 2 mm (I have a pesky hinge on my keyboard tray that I sometimes want to slide the keyboard over). There are two parts - the left and right sides. They are symmetrical except that the right side has a notch cut out for the on/off switch on the back. The keyboard can simply rest on the risers, but if you want to move it around (perhaps you have desk cats), I recommend using some removable mounting putty/sticky tack between the riser and the bottom of the keyboard. It is easy to take the risers off without damaging the keyboard, but they stay firmly on for lifting and sliding around. I printed with TPU (Shore A hardness - 95A) for some flexibility, but it should work well with less flexible filaments like PLA or PETG. This was my first time printing with TPU. Luckily I did not have any issues, but I was careful to change speed and temp settings before I printed. This was a high speed TPU, so print may be more difficult with a standard TPU filament.
