Since I can't put a 500 Kg barbecue fireplace under the Christmas tree, I designed a gift box in the shape of a barbecue fireplace, where I can put the required money into the chimney, so my son can buy a real one after Christmas The special thing is: If you put a ( Magic) Steak on the grill, the charcoal starts to glow and flicker. The Magic Steak has a little magnet in its inside. If you put the Steak on the grill, the Reed contact is triggered and the LED’s start to flicker. When you accidentally has eaten the steak, there is a switch on the back of the barbeque, which can be operated with a toothpick. An assembly instruction for the magic can be found in the file section. Download the file and rename the extension 3mf to pdf. All parts are made with PLA except the Steaks, which are made with Recreus Filaflex (Shore 82A) using the Prusa MMU. All parts are sliced with PrusaSlicer 2.1.0 using the nice features like variable layer hight, color change and customized supports. Make sure, you have no elephant feet at the barbeque parts. Then they will Lego-like snap together. No glue required. Groundplate: (No support, 15% infill) 0-2mm – 0.3mm 2 – 4mm – 0.1mm Colour change @ 2.1mm Base: (no support, 15% infill) 0 – 2.6mm – 0.3mm 2.6 – 6.5mm – 0.15mm 6.5 – 35mm - 0.3mm Fireplate: (No support, 0.2 mm, 15% infill) Grill grate: (No support, 0.2 mm, 15% infill) Chimney: (4 Support enforcer, see 3mf file) 0 – 131mm 0.2mm 131 – 143mm 0.1mm Charcoal bottom (No support) 0 – 8.6mm 0.3mm 8.6 – 11mm 0.1mm Charcoal top: (No support) 0-4.4mm - 0.3mm 4.4 – 11.9 – 0.1mm Magic Steak (No support, Flex Material, 0.2mm 2 colours MMU, 50% infill) Remix from makerbot, thing: 28675 When Layer 3.2mm is finished, pause print and insert 8x2mm magnet. If you like frozen Steaks, print it with PLA. Firewood: Remix from Rocket_Pig_Games, thing: 1878205 0.2 mm, no support Beer crate: Remix from badger, thing: 21819, but no support required.
