This is an old magic trick. Put in a quarter and slide it into the disappearing coin trick - 'Abra Cadabra' - it's gone! Slide it in again and it's back! Magic! I used pink to show details better - use a black or dark filament to hide the 'magic'. Note: Print the slide first, then trim it to size. When printing the 'Inner Box', pause at about 80mm and slide the 'slider' in so it is captive. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100 Notes: Print the slide laying down, and the boxes standing up. Put the finished slide into the 'inner' box at about 80mm or so. Post-Printing Real-time assembly and finish. Trim the slide, it has to fit into the inner box while it's being printed. The inner box end holes may need to be trimmed so that the plunger in the outer box will fit. All of my sliders work well if yours doesn't and is too loose, try a bit of silicone glue at the coin separator on the slide.
