This is a replacement part designed specifically for the Magic Bullet blender appliance. It's an impeller gear that attaches directly to the brass shaft of the main unit, replacing the original component if needed. This part was not intended to serve as a direct substitute for the equivalent part on the mixing container cap. Upon completion of your final print, you'll notice that the hole designed for the shaft provides a tight fit. To facilitate attachment and ensure a precise fit, I employed a gentle heating process using a lighter to warm up the inner walls where the shaft is inserted. This approach not only made it easier to attach but also resulted in a more secure molded fit. Considering the material used, PLA filament proved to be robust enough for this application. However, if you plan on using your Magic Bullet blender extensively, especially with thicker liquids like milkshakes, you may encounter issues with the shaft stripping out the bore hole over time. In such cases, ABS would be a more suitable long-term solution due to its increased durability.
