Magic Band Watch Strap

Magic Band Watch Strap

thingiverse

This remix of pancakewizard's Magic Band Watch Strap allows it to be printed in PLA with success on our trip to Walt Disney World. It can be printed at .12mm or .2mm resolution, with a recommendation of .12mm for a better fit of the Magic Band puck. Using a brim is suggested if first layers don't stick well, while a skirt worked fine on my Buildtak sheet. This design works well with most bands up to 25mm wide and has been tested on the Apple Watch sport band and the Apple Watch link bracelet. The band keeps the Magic Band puck firmly in place. Note that the Magic Band puck can be removed from the watch strap holder, but some force is required. This is intentional to prevent it from falling out. Edit 2-22-20: I updated the strap of the holder to make it thicker (v2). The previous version is thinner and may be more comfortable against the wrist, but it's prone to breaking if any force is applied.
