<p><strong>DESIGN</strong></p><p>designed in fusion 360.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PRINTING</strong></p><p>All parts can be printed on an FDM with no support if aligned correctly.</p><p>place the ball and ballmount upright, the male and female flat (hole for bolt horizontally)</p><p>I printed mine with a Prusa Mini in Prusament recycled PETG with 100 % infill in .20 Quality settings.</p><p><strong>Assembly</strong></p><p>The ball and ball mount are connected with a M5x25mm hex bolt and nut embedded in the part. Before screwing them tight place the 3D printed nut between them with the thread facing the ball.</p><p>2 Balls can be screwed together with a shorter M5 hex nut and bolt to create a double ball joint.</p><p>The plate can be mounted to a 30x30 8mm T-slot extrusion profile (prusa mini) with the t-nut_8</p><p>Happy printing</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
