I carefully place my tokens in small bags to keep them organized, and as I set up, all the crystals go into a separate ramekin. This way, there's no confusion about which spot is for individual tokens or crystals. Meanwhile, I store my miniatures in a safe location. To protect my cards from damage, I use upper deck sleeves to cover each one.
