Magaring
grabcad
The Landstown High School Governor's STEM & Technology Academy is led by advising instructor Jennifer Renne. A unique piece of jewelry has been crafted, merging two elements of Japanese culture. The first is the magatama, a curved bead believed to summon kami spirits from Shinto religion, guiding shamans in communication with deities or the deceased. The second inspiration is the Akai samurai emblem, similar to the Sibata and Hanabusa family emblems; these clans played significant roles in Japan's warring states period. Designed to share Japanese culture globally and support Shinto practitioners with their traditions, this ring symbolizes both spirituality and historical significance.
