I Designed these with holes inside for magnets. 8x3 mm Magents can be bought on amazon. You have to have Marlin 2.0 firmware with Advance Pause Feature enabled. Using an M600 command in the Gcode you can pause the machine to insert magnets and pause it again to change filament colors. They come out pretty nice.
