I began with the standard sticks, soaring for hours on end, but grew weary of repositioning my grip, slipping, and the sharp points shredding my thumbs during prolonged winter sessions. Eventually, I acquired alu thumb grips, which improved matters, yet were concave, overly long, and compelled me to push against the thin edge during intense acrobatic maneuvers.\nI designed these grips myself. They are crafted to be as low-profile as possible, providing a secure grip without any pointy protrusions. With their convex shape, they mimic the feel of a PlayStation controller, allowing you to maintain a firm grasp even on extreme stick inputs.\nPrint them at a leisurely pace, with the grips facing upwards and some easily removable support in place. Use the highest resolution your printer can manage, along with over 30% infill density.\nIf printed correctly, no threading is required, and you can securely attach the grips to the sticks by hand. If you encounter difficulties, a long M3 screw attached to a drill will facilitate threading or an actual threading tool can be employed.
