Macy stopped by the Big Bang Fair and got scanned in 3D using our state-of-the-art scanning rig, a sophisticated system of 96 DSLR cameras that capture an astonishing total of 1.8 Giga pixels of data for each scan. We worked with our friends at CapturingReality.com to process the data - their innovative software expertly analyzes each image, identifying unique points on each one and skillfully plotting these points in 3D space when they appear on multiple images.
