Maclaren XLR Techno stroller brake cog disk (working)
thingiverse
===PLEASE READ== The Maclaren XLR Techno stroller has its wheels as a significant design flaw. The engineering of these wheels is subpar, allowing for excessive movement over time. This movement causes wear and tear on the brake cog disks. This is a reverse-engineered model. The original disk part number is MO02369 ISS1; its meaning is unclear. Printed in ABS plastic, it works well for me and my child. You'll find STL and Sketchup models attached. The model has been scaled up ten times, so reduce the scale to 0.1 in your printer software. The Sketchup model consists of two groups, allowing you to print each part separately before gluing them together. Shims that may wear out quickly are included as well. Please note that disassembling the wheels can be challenging but straightforward. Consider starting a thread on fixing the axes with a nut and threadlock. The cog/tooth on the side of the wheel insert is prone to breaking one by one, but once inserted, they function properly.
