Wheel replacement for Maclaren Techno XLR stroller with suspension support. Suitable for models with 16mm square frame, 14mm suspension spring, and 8mm wheel shaft. Compatibility across different XLR generations is uncertain due to lack of information. Original wheels failed after five years of use, and the existing support system gave out on old town roads with a 15kg child onboard. Purchasing an original assembly consisting of brakes, supports, and wheels was not a cost-effective solution. The replacement wheel was printed in ABS using both vertical and horizontal printing positions. The final product features a stronger structure achieved through vertical orientation, while the horizontal position yielded a robust part near the wheel shaft. However, the integrity of side joints is uncertain, and further testing will be necessary to determine their reliability. Future prints may require support for the right-hand side joint.
