Macintosh ipad stand
thingiverse
Ipad mini tablet stand. Not just any stand at all, this one shares its lines with the iconic Macintosh. You'll need a printer with a 300 x 300 mm bed to print it. It's printed in two halves and then they're bonded together with a 2-part resin and clamped until set. I printed mine with an unheated CR-10S, but that was a while back so I'm not sure of the exact settings anymore. Feel free to print one for yourself. The filament I used was EOLAS Beige, which is really nice to print with and the perfect colour! The two stands I printed weren't sanded at all, but any protruding resin or plastic was scraped off. Pair this stand up with a 60% mechanical Bluetooth keyboard and a Bluetooth mouse and it's going to look totally awesome. Share your makes, I'd love to see someone else's out there in the world. This was made with Inkscape and Tinkercad - no savviness required as a designer!
