Macintosh 1 inch ball
thingiverse
Simple design to replace non standard 1 inch ball for old Macintosh mouse (128K, 512K, plus) from vintage mouse missing their ball. Actually 25mm diameter. * print twice at 100% infill * on flexible filament at 0.1mm for better precision * raise temperature to have good melting of layers * insert metal ball in the core (for increasing weight). I used standard ball (openscad file available if you need another inner diameter) * glue together postprocessing: * some polishing but not too much on flexible filament * maybe add silicon (not tried yet) result so far are good (usable) but not totally smooth, working on improving. Comments welcome. WIll also add a short video.
