Machining performance on mould design model under different turning ,milling and drilling process parameters was simulated in this project. Each model has to undergo number of cutting operation . In the first operation the total depth of cut and remove material is more than the other operation . therefore , select correct strategy in the first operation has a major effect on the cycle time .we also able to adjust the machine parameters by operation re-allocation and minimizing cycle time.
