In this project, mould design models' machining performance was simulated under varying turning, milling, and drilling process parameters. Each model experienced multiple cutting operations, with the initial operation involving a higher total depth of cut and material removal than subsequent ones. Consequently, selecting an appropriate strategy for the first operation significantly impacted cycle time. Additionally, we optimized machine parameters by re-allocating operations and minimizing cycle time through adjustments.
