Workshop vacuum extraction becomes far more manageable when you standardize the extraction port sizes and vacuum hoses. Unfortunately, neither are standardized, making adapters expensive and hard to find with the correct sizes. I've designed three effective adapters and have shared Fusion 360 files that can be modified to fit your specific needs. For those fortunate enough to have exhaust ports and hoses like mine, I've included STL files for each adapter. These adapters include: The wood thicknesser adapter connects internal diameters of 31.5mm to external diameters of 35.5mm, and from internal diameters of 94mm to external diameters of 97mm. The mitre saw adapter connects internal diameters of 30.5mm to external diameters of 33.5mm, and then to internal diameters of 31.5mm with an external diameter of 35.5mm. The band saw adapter connects internal diameters of 31.5mm to external diameters of 34.5mm, and then to internal diameters of 31.5mm with an external diameter of 35.5mm.
