Sometimes you do not have an EDM, or a broach to machine a hexagon socket for an Allen key.In this particular case, a mandrel for a blowing machine, we use this simple trick, easy to machine by conventional means.A normal Allen key is modified by grinding to form a square... and we have the problem solved.I hope you find it helpful.
