Machine Screw & Nut Gauge
thingiverse
I've accumulated a considerable collection of machine screws that need sorting, but I couldn't find a gauge that met my price requirements and provided the functionality I desired. Therefore, I designed one myself and ordered a large quantity of screws and nuts. So far, I have only developed Metric M1-3 gauges, but I aim to eventually expand this range to include sizes 4-8 as well as an imperial version. Currently, I'm focusing on a single thread type, but I may decide to create two versions - fine and coarse - in the future. In my experience, most users opt for the standard course thread. If you're interested, you can access the design files on Fusion 360 by visiting https://a360.co/2xmsg6B. Feel free to contribute additional nuts or sizes before I proceed with production. If you do add any new variations, please share them with me.
