Machine fixture, formed tube machining design

New to machining, I enjoyed a recent job involving tube rolling and machine fixture work. The learning curve was exciting as I began making easy yet visually appealing pieces. For this specific project, we encountered challenges with the formed tubing, eventually resolving it by filling it with a lead substitute, then removing it. To lock in the tube for contour cutting, we used a set screw mechanism. After tramming and zeroing, we cut the tube to size. We could rotate 90 degrees, lock in tabbed uprights, and mill holes. Despite my newness to this process, I hope others can benefit and contribute ideas. Feedback, suggestions, and comments are welcome. Thank you, Dick Lowe.
