Mach E Charge Door Shim PLA Print

Somebody posted a similar item but it needed to be printed in special flexible plastic. Not having that on hand and needing to protect my fender from a possible dent, I redesigned the shim to be able to be printed in PLA. Once printed it can easily be attached to the hinge using some 3M VHB tape double-sided tape or if you don't have it just a simple band of electrical tape. The files are STL for printing, and fusion 360 or step files if you would like to change the design. I design in inches but the STL is in millimeters for traditional printer settings. Do install this door shim, hold the shim by the adhesive tail, open the door about 30° and slip the shim into place. Open the door to hold a sham in place, peel off Peel off protective backing from the double sided tape. Or apply a wrap of electrical tape or similar to hold everything in place
