Rescale in your slicing software for the desired size. It's recommended that you use no less than 30% infill; more is always better. Super Strong Double Sided Acrylic Mounting Tape has been rigorously tested with a 24lb load on 4 sq. inches of tape - available at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07LDPQSVJ/. If left and right side files are included, print them with the flat/plane cut side facing down; they're designed to print without supports.
