prusaprinters
PLEASE NOTE THIS MODEL IS FOR A 200% SCALED VERSION OF THE LUCKY 13. Nozzle Mace for the LUCKY 13 articulated model (with stand).https://www.printables.com/model/148367-lucky-13-printable-jointed-figure Let your new friend manage your collection of nozzles and turn him/her/it into the ultimate badass. Make nozzles fun! Mace holds 13, yes THIRTEEN nozzles of choice. Equip this bad boy and watch the other 13’s drop to their knees and pray for mercy. No more searching for a box full of nozzles. Turn your nozzles into a fun diorama or a security deterrent to would be burglars. Notes: - Best printed at 0.16mm or lower in PLA for best thread performance although 0.2 works well.Tolerances are always difficult to replicate on another printer, especially threads, so I have included a tolerance test. Adjust your overall percentage gradually to establish the best fit for your printer. I have designed it slightly loose to try and accommodate all. Please remember to reduce the shaft size as well as the mace head if tolerances are too tight/loose. Tighten nozzles into the head with appropriate tool if required, which will clean the thread. No supports.2 walls are sufficient.Infill is set to at least 15% gyroid to support the nozzle holes internally. Finally, and yet again tolerances! The LUCKY 13 model requires good tolerances. If loose, the weight of this part will result in the arm dropping on its own. So please ensure your printer is properly tuned before printing. Should tolerance be slightly off, try painting your ball ends with some layers of clear, gloss acrylic varnish. Sometimes works. 13, unlucky for some :O)
