Couldn't find the replacement part, so I designed one that can be 3D printed. This custom piece is a direct replacement for the part number "818-0676" and works on a wide range of MacBook Pros. Tested it successfully on a mid-2009 15-inch MacBook Pro, and it works great. The project file includes all print settings for PrusaSlicer, as well as the Fusion 360 file. When installing the bottom case, apply force in the right area to press the clip firmly into place. With the provided print settings, you can expect a good, tight fit. I printed this replacement clip using PETG plastic, but PLA might work too - just be aware that the heat from the MacBook could cause the PLA to warp over time. Make sure to use a 0.2mm nozzle when printing these clips. If you don't have a printer, you can also buy pre-printed replacement clips on my Tindie store (https://www.tindie.com/products/17526/).
