I'm excited to try designing something using TikerCAD. My goal is to eventually move on to Fusion 360 and tackle more intricate designs. If anyone has printed this design, please let me know - it would be a great motivator! This is actually a remix of a MacBook Pro Stand from Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2804454), which provides about 12 degrees of tilt for a comfortable typing angle in my opinion. When the lid is fully open, the support rests flush with the display hinge.
