I was looking for a way to elevate my MacBook Pro off the table so it could get some airflow. I didn't want to change the angle much, just lift it off the surface so it wouldn't overheat. To do this, I designed a clip that fits snugly into the small recess under the keyboard, keeping the MacBook Pro securely in place and preventing it from sliding around. The clip is made of PETG, which has a bit of flexibility when you snap it on or off, making it easy to use. I printed two clips, one standard and one mirrored, so I could attach them to opposite sides of my MacBook Pro. To print the clip, place it at an angle with the wide base near the bottom, just like in the photo of the finished part. No supports are needed, but be aware that printing on its side may cause the back flat side to stick out slightly.
